THE Molong District Soccer Club’s Under 10 side, the Seagulls, played a hard-fought game against the Waratahs Knights on Saturday, pulling out all the skills, determination and teamwork they had to compete against one of the strongest teams in the U10 competition.
With a few players away over the weekend, Gussy Keniry and Kai Vella stepped up to the challenge and played an outstanding role for the team.
Their effort and commitment did not go unnoticed.
In recognition of an incredible team performance, every Seagulls player was named Player of the Week for their outstanding work, effort and determination.
This week MDCS play moves into semi-finals for our the Adult Bin Chicken team, Under 14 Falcons and Under 12 Eagles. All games will be played in Orange.
Club management and members want to send a big shout-out to Cabonne Council staff for keeping the grounds looking amazing every week for both training and our home games, it is greatly appreciated
And another huge shout-out to the club’s fantastic line-marking team; Ben May, Ben Sullivan, Dale Lawrence, Ralph Chrystall and Denis Druve – for keeping the lines looking sharp and the field.
